I’ve learned that I can serve more people as a Certfied Life Coach. My services are offered via video conference, over the phone or in person in McCall, ID.

Coaching Benefits: Coaching is different than therapy, we do not discuss the past
or the how’s and why’s of how you got here. Rather, we partner together to create
different pathways, changing your mindset and taking steps on how to move you
forward. The coaching process implements thought provoking and creative
processes that inspire you to maximize your personal growth.

Making an authentic connection and holding space for you is foremost in our
sessions. I can partner with those who are working through any loneliness,
transformation, grief, guilt, forgiveness, midlife challenges, goal setting, work life
balance and improving your well-being.

I am a firm believer in keeping harmony between my attitude and actions with my
values and beliefs while living an intentional life.

I hope that you will consider Life Coaching and how to move forward.
Coaching is an investment in yourself and to see improvements in your life.
It is not an expense. Think of the cost and the expense of not moving forward.
