Rock believes people are shaped by their experiences (positive and negative), relationships (past and present), and God-given gifts. For those desiring personal change, Rock provides grace-filled, respectful, and confidential processes that have produced profound and lasting change. Rock uses an Attachment Theory/Trauma model of counseling. Rock’s approach is founded on a Christian/biblical perspective and does not focus solely on behavior. Rock’s goal is to assist people in identifying and addressing the deeper issues driving their behavior. Rock’s specialties include facilitating healing in the areas of addiction, grief, loss, and forgiveness.

About Stephanie Hooks
As a Health & Lifestyle Organization Coach with years of experience, training, and a natural-born organizer, it’s my mission to help you clear out the clutter in areas of your life, health, and home. We’ll work together to create systems and habits, so you can live and feel your best.
Overall wellness is near and dear to my heart as I have lost many close family members to health and obesity-related issues. I personally struggled with my weight and severe yo-yo dieting, before finally losing over a hundred pounds in 2015. I have knowledge of various health and diet programs and bariatric surgery. I work with clients following any plan and offer accountability, support, information, and most importantly a space for your voice to be heard.
I truly believe that holding onto “stuff” has a massive impact on our overall well-being. By implementing the systems and habits we create, you will begin to feel more accessible and less stressed. In my experience, organization and decluttering can save clients space, waste, time, and even money.
I’m honored to partner with Safehaven Counseling Center, to help those looking for clarity and structure in areas of health, home, and lifestyle organization.

I offer 1 on 1 private 50-minute coaching sessions, video and phone sessions, accountability, and support check-ins, and “after coaching” such as restart, refocus, and maintenance sessions.
I look forward to partnering with you toward your goals and celebrating you as we create your best life.
In my free time, I enjoy traveling, being outdoors, shopping and getting together with friends, but my favorite thing in the world is creating memories and experiences with my family!!
