I am passionate about mental wellness, health, and physical fitness. I enjoy
working with clients to develop a healthy mind and body connection through
mindfulness and other emotional and cognitive behavioral approaches. My
primary treatment approach is CBT and DBT, which help clients in getting to the
root causes that contribute to unhealthy patterns of thought, toxic emotions, and
destructive behaviors. My treatment approach is effective for those who desire
to work through stressors, deal with big transitions, navigate dysfunctional
situations, overcome barriers to success, improve self-concept, improve
relationships, and to heal from many forms of harm.

I enjoy inspiring and developing individuals to become their best selves, and I
work with clients to build confidence, improve emotional self-expression and
communication, and improve connection in life and interpersonal relationships. I
love supporting, encouraging, and providing tools for parents, to reduce stress in
the home, foster healthier interactions, and strengthen relationships.
I am a well-rounded therapist that utilizes a variety of approaches tailored to the
individual’s needs. I am kind, compassionate, and enthusiastic about my work. I
find joy through shared experiences, and I look forward to being able to assist
others to reach their goals.

As a certified health and wellness coach, I can partner with individuals to help
them overcome barriers and help them develop strategic goals and healthy
mindsets as they navigate their health and fitness goals. I am personally
dedicated to building strength with weight training, healthy nutrition and
supplements, and other aspects of health to optimize a healthy lifestyle. My
focus is on feeling strong and empowered both mentally and physically as they
are closely connected. At this time I am primarily online as I reside in Coeur d’Alene, ID, and I travel frequently which gives me the flexibility to continue to
serve my clients.
